Jacob Lee Holdings, LLC was formed in 2001, our offices are located in Statham, GA. We have since started to acquire properties across Georgia, we rehab the properties and market them to residents with owner finance. Our company understands not everyone can obtain traditional financing, our goal is to help everyone obtain the American dream of owning their own home. We are not real estate agents or a listing service, we are a real estate investment company specializing in acquiring properties and selling them by owner finance.
